About Vermont Nanny Connection

Vermont Nanny Connection, LLC (VNC) is a local full-service childcare placement agency dedicated to placing quality nannies and sitters in and around Vermont. By maintaining a strong local presence, we provide you with the comfort of our knowledge and familiarity with the area and culture.

To help ensure we satisfy your childcare needs we offer a variety of programs and services. Currently we place full-time, part-time, and temporary nannies, mother's helpers, and sitters on a permanent or short-term basis. We also offer on-site childcare services for special events.

Our nannies and sitters are experienced, reliable and caring. Most are college educated or current students pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development. All are high school graduates with at least two years childcare experience. We have a strict recruitment process that ensures we only place qualified applicants with job related experience. We also take the extra time to really get to know our nannies; we feel this is important in successfully placing our nannies with families.
